Three agencies of the Tecnocasa network, active between Cosenza and Montalto, have expressed the need to move from a social presence to a strategic, constant and measurable system on Facebook channels, Instagram and TikTok.
The objective was twofold: to tell the story of the properties and the work of the agents with a professional but human tone, and at the same time time create a lead generation flow capable of transforming interest in business opportunities.
We started with a complete set-up with updating of Facebook and Instagram channels, configuration of the Business Manager, creation of TikTok profiles from scratch, definition of the guidelines, the editorial plan and the calendar of organic content and paid.
The strategy is "format-first": a few columns, highly replicable systems, which reduce production times, maintain the and speak different languages to different targets.
The new strategy changes course and abandons formats static to move on to a video production that focuses on the figure of the agent real estate.

The goal of the agencies was also to become autonomous in the production of content. For this reason we have organized three-month training and coaching sessions, during the which the Red Onion team transferred to the agents and managers a set of technical and stylistic best practices to facilitate as much as possible the collection of footage and speed up the shooting cycle → selection → editing → publication.
The combination of highly replicable formats, a clear value proposition for the Group and operational governance produces a cumulative effect: the social presence is no longer just a set of but a system that generates trust and nurtures local business opportunities.
